LaSalle College Surabaya collaborated with pop-up market event “On Market Go” was held a Fashion Styling Competition & Fashion Drawing Class with theme of Street Culture. This event was held at 6th floor Convention Hall Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The competition which lasted for approximately 2.5 hours, followed by young people ranging from high school student, college student and also the professional level. Fashion Styling Competition on Saturday 27th August and for the Fashion Drawing Class on Sunday 28th August.
Styling Competition collaborated with other tenants like fashion (clothing, bags, shoes and accessories). The concept of this event was different from previous competition, because the participants were divided into several groups, each group shall elect for one Stylist and one model. Then they surround the tenants to obtain what they need. After getting the item, each group shall be presented through the model they have chosen. The presentation on the concept of styling, budget, mix & match, body shape and how their presentation was associated with the theories that have previously been described. We chose 3 best group were rightful to get vouchers and goodie bag from LaSalle College Surabaya. For Fashion Drawing Class on Sunday was also chose three best participant in the category of Street Culture. Congratulations for the winners!
