On April 10, 2016, the Fashion Business Program took part on the annual event of Fashiontastic Fashion Show, Days to Shine, at Pondok Indah Mall 2. There were 3 brands from the Fashion Enterprise Project and a collection from the Private Label Development class.
These three brands are: ORU, a leatherwork bag, it is a Japanese design inspired wearable art that utilizes unique, distinct, and ornate designs to communicate individuality while still maintaining purpose and functionality. ORU targets young and trendy people who wish to stand out and be different from their peers. Ab.sense, a casual ready-to-wear womenswear, it comes from the word “absence.” It is about the state of being away from the same look, from being afraid to be different. ab.sense expresses the sense of being an independent woman into the collection and influenced by basic colors with sleek and specific cutting. Aashi, moslemwear, it reflects a sense of modern style of moslem women. At ensures the product with unique and modern design by using a high quality fabric, casual simplicity look but still fashionable.
During the fashion, each brand presented 8 collections. ORU also collaborated with D.O.M Indonesia, a brand owned by a Fashion Business student. The last sequence of the show was from the Private Label Development class with its Charlie Chaplin-inspired collection.
